Round Bay is a small community in Severna Park, Maryland, named after the body of water upon which it sits.  Round Bay has about 230 homes and 3 piers with beaches.  It is about 6 miles from the state capital of Annapolis.  Around 1906, Round Bay originated as a railway extension that took passengers to the beach.
